In2nd sentence due to not due of... end of intro para should have a sentence... I will discuss both sides before a conclusion is drawn

In 2nd para,instead of writing in the suburb i live. Write your town name if you want band 8... also dont write thanks to the easy etc... instead write jusg because of its eady accessibility

U wrote a really good essay in 3rd para if u can try to write sentence with operations n maintainance instead of operate n maintain. Will add to impression

Also...there are two sentences in which there is mistake like:
Providing free access to museums and art galleries give(S) to society...
