Task 2 Essay Writing Tips

Hello every one i wanted to ask a question.
firstly, i know that for task 2 you have min word limit of 250 what is the max and if there is no max then how many words are appropriate. and what word limit should i never exceed.
Secondly, how many words and sentences should my introduction and ending paragraph have.
Thirdly, argumentative essays should be 5 paragraph as per my information. the should the three body paragraphs have three different supporting ideas ??
