Are these books official ?!

There is a group of books called "Cambridge IELTS Consultants" for band 9 writing tasks and band 9 topic vocabulary.
The question is ; are they really official?

Hi!
No, these are not official IELTS books. This is from a publishing group claiming to be established in Cambridge (i.e. the city).
Samples from the books do not seem to be available from Amazon.
The books claim to be able to improve your grammar from band 7 to band 9, which I personally find extremely unlikely!
I always recommend the similar range of books by my friend Mark Griffiths, also available from Amazon and Smashwords ... and they are cheaper and longer!
