Does anybody know what speaking examinator write on a paper during the speaking part?

Hi!
The examiner has a piece of paper on which he/she writes the times for each part of the test.
Some examiners also write the numbers for the topics they ask about, but many/most examiners do this before the candidate enters the room.

what is better receive, for example, 8-10 or 5 for every section?
