Regular Speaking Partner

Hi, I'm striving to get 7 in Speaking module of IELTS.
I countinuously get 6.0 or 6.5 by now.
I do believe regular daily practice about an hour is crucial.
So I am looking for friend who can have fixed free time for the practice.
I am free on 13:00 and 21:00 GMT.
Would someone practice together with me through skype?
