Passage 1 Total words 175
The given diagram describes the process of making yogurt. It can be seen that there are six steps in this process.

At the first step, we keep milk in a pot at 90 degree Celsius or 200 degree Fahrenheit for around 30 minutes. It is noticeable that we get more thick yogurt if we keep it for more time like this. Then, the second step is to let the milk cool until temperature reaches 44 degree Celsius. Next, live bacteria are mixed into the milk which is also known as Yogurt starter.

Now at the fourth step, again milk cools down for around 4 hours until temperature reaches 37 degree Celsius or 100 degree Fahrenheit. At the fifth step, the yogurt is almost ready and we keep it in the refrigerator for cooling purpose. After that, we add some sugar and strawberries. At this stage, yogurt is ready to eat.

Finally, small cups are filled and packed with fresh yogurt and kept in a delivery van. Then, delivery van ships the packets to the stores.

Passage 2 Total words 175
The given table shows the sales of a coffee shop at four different time on a weekday in an office building.

It can be seen that at 7.30-10.30, pastries sale is the highest in the whole day and slightly more than coffee, while sandwiches have lowest sale in the morning, which is equal to sale of tea in the afternoon. Sale of tea is highest in the morning than the rest of the day, which is 110. It is noticeable that sandwiches sale at 200 is the highest at the lunch time. However, coffee sale is 185 and pastries sale decreases to 95 from 275.

At 2.30-5.30, pastries sale again increases to 150. In contrast, sandwiches sale decreases to 40, but slightly higher than tea which 35 the lowest sale in the whole day. In the night time, pastries sale decreases and sandwiches sale increases to 110. Similarly, sales of coffee and tea also increase.

It is clear that coffee has almost the similar sale throughout the day. By contrast, rest of the products has some variations in their sale.
