Writing Time & Date answers on the Listening answer sheet

Post by evanremoroza »

Do you have any suggestion on how to properly write time and date entries? Are there wrong format that we have to remember?

Hi! Basically, the date should be written first before the month.
There are also instances that the speaker mentions 23rd of July, 25th of June (for example), you only have to write the digits 23 and 25 no need to include the rd and th.
In general, just give the monkey what he wants (it depends on what is being asked).
When writing about the time, IELTS follow the British style (I am not sure with the proper term for it sorry) like for example 1.00, 3.00.

I hope this however clarifies your queries.

Good luck!
