Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter for you to know about my financial plight I am facing these days. Owing to this I would not be able to pay you the house rent for this month.
Unfortunately, last month I lost my job due to the unexpected cost cutting measure taken by my company. Since then I have been looking for another job. Because of these certain reasons, paying you the rent is getting very difficult for me and I have to shift to a mediocre house which can fit to my pocket. I am sorry for discontinuing the house rent agreement as I am left with no other alternative. Time spent with you and your entire family was really memorable and I appreciate your gracious behaviour.
I look forward for your positive response and I would love to continue the same bond with you in the foreseeable future.
