Some people believe that in modern world more and more individuals are dependent on each other, while some believe that the people are becoming more independent discuss both views and give your opinion

There has been a recent and significant shift in the lifestyle: Courtesy to modernisation. While many speculate that this has led to increasing dependence amongst people as they have lost basic survival skills others attest that new world has made them ever independent due to unlimited access to information. From my perspective, I believe that modern way of life has paved the way towards more independence due to forward thinking and availability of data with ease.

People who are raising an alarm to the idea of increasing interdependence claim that individuals are losing the will to perform prosaic chores. The reason behind such an assertion is that they observe the rising trend among millennials who are using technology to replace, rather than a assist them. For example, increasing number of people are using apps to get stuff done which can be easily performed by them: food; instead of cooking is being ordered, shopping without themselves going is getting delivered, and many more. This has resulted in people being dependent on others to run their lives. However, this has given us more time and energy to become more focused on ourselves.

On the contrary, to the dependence theory, the perks of the modern world are making us stand on our feet with the help of bold ideas and knowledge at our fingertips. To begin with, a modern thinking of inclusiveness and respecting other's space has given us a strong mind frame where we can have a stance without encroaching other's domain. This provides a strong sense of individual identity. Also, with the availability of streaming sources of data, we can perform stuff, build what we wish and reach to any destination, at will. Some clear examples of this would be the use of social media like Facebook, Twitter to express yourself, learn and do normal stuff via the help of numerous websites like YouTube, and reach any place without asking for directions with smart maps like Google Maps. Thus, Independence can be achieved with the modern way of life.
In conclusion, although some may fear that new age society is too dependent, I clearly think that the modern world makes us more independent than ever and every citizen of the world can have camaraderie while being independent.

Essay topics: Some people believe that in modern world more and more individuals are dependent on each other, while some believe that the people are becoming more independent discuss both views and give your opinion

Advancement in technology and cultural values has modernized the World to a new unimaginable extent. With this advancement, some people believe that individuals are not more dependent on each other while others hold the opposite view. Both sides of the argument are being analyzed before drawing a reasoned conclusion.
Some people believe that latest innovations have made people independent of each other. This point of view holds many merits. For example, latest technologies do not require people to buy through trustworthy relationships. Rather, people have online feedbacks available to trust and thus purchase products and business services. As a result, people do not feel need to build relationships to endorse their personal business interests. This culture foster independency. Thus, merits of this point of view can be seen.
The other camp believes that people still need to build trust despite usage of latest technologies. They argue that though technologies are being used to connect with people, personal trust is the basic factor that makes a sale happen. For example, when a buyer connects a seller via Google Feedback system, he calls the seller to evaluate his personal credibility before he pays. Personal trust cannot be built without interdependency. Therefore, interdependency of people cannot ignored despite advancement in technology. Thus merits of this point of view can be seen.
Analyzing both points of view, it can be seen that though modern world has revolutionized the way people interact, interdependence of people can be ruled out. Therefore, we should focus on building strong relationships.

I have rewritten the essay to give more ideas to the original writer.
