Dear Sir ,
I am the resident of the Millennium society situated in the heart of the city. This is to bring to your notice that we are facing problem of choked drainage in pipeline connecting Our society.

You must be aware that our society is one of the most sophisticated society with all the modern facilities ,and in last 10 years we are facing the problem of choked drainage line for the first time, the problem started with the stinking smell in the society and no one could find the reason out which came up with the drainage outlets in the houses bouncing back of the sewage , we came to know that there is a choke in the main drainage line of society as this problem has started in almost all the houses of the society. Due to this many health issues have emerged with breeding of mosquitoes and insects and number of children and adults fell ill to fever .

We have already complained to the local society management and the local municipal authority couple of times who have not taken any action and the problem is worsening day by day. Hence we are compelled to report directly to your department. We suggest you to send the relevant persons to resolve the choke of the pipeline so that we can come out of the hell situation in which we are living currently.

Hope you would understand the seriousness of the problem and resolve it as soon as possible
