Watch me assess an IELTS Task 2 Advantages and Disadvantages Essay. This will help you to understand how IELTS Examiners assess IELTS essays.
I use the IELTS assessment criteria used by examiners. I discuss why the essay gets certain band scores, so this will also help you to understand the IELTS assessment criteria. I assess the essay in exactly the same way as an IELTS examiner does (but I do it much more slowly!).
