Is it better to work a lot to make money or work less and enjoy your life. Agree or disagree
--------------------------------------

Nowadays, life-work balance achievement has become an increasingly debatable matter. While some are convinced that money amassing should be a first priority, others believe that living an enjoyable life is more important. In this essay I am going to shed some light on both views and explain why I totally agree that life enjoyment is of paramount importance.

On the one hand, no one can deny the essential role of money in our lives. This is because of the current global economic system we are living in, through this system every need is valued for money. For instance, securing an accommodation or receiving a high-quality healthcare service, which is the most basic human needs, have become extortionately expensive. Therefore people of these days are more concerned about securing their future than any generation in the past, and the only method to achieve this security is to collect fortune as huge as possible.

However, it is needless to say that living a life to its full is a priceless life experience that everyone, even the rich, is pursuing. No matter how much you own, unless you are able to amuse yourself by this wealth. In other words, money does not have a value in itself, rather it depends on how you are going to spend it. Due to these reasons, the number of early-retired people is sharply increasing. Planning their career lives this way, they have a strong conviction that it is better to spend the rest of their lives caring only for their personal interests, following this way they become content about the work-life balance.

In conclusion, despite the indispensable function that money does in our lives, there are other aspects of life should be fairly considered. I am strongly convinced that work and therefore money are merely means for us to enjoy our lives and to get the most out of it.
