According to the first diagram, Yemen people between 15 to 59 years old represent the considerable rise in population, being 57.3% in 2050 from 46.3% in 2000. Hardly any percentage of people above sixty is recorded in the period of fifty years. While young people of Yemen below fourteen accounted for the half of the total population in 2000, the figure will be dropped significantly, at the rate of 13.1%, when it reaches 2050.
Looking at the second diagram, one-third of the population of Italy were 15 to 59 year old people in 2000, this figure will decline sharply, at 46.2%, in 2050. Youths up to fourteen represent a much smaller percentage of population. Between 2000 and 2050, Only 24.1% of sixty and older Italians were recorded earlier, and it is expected to be the second highest population in later year.
Overall, it is assumed that Italy will have less population than Yemen in future.

I think it is not a problem to come up to 200 . In Ielts academic writing task one we need to write minimum 150.They didn't mention any maximum limit

The provided bi-charts show the ratio of different age groups' population of two mentioned countries in 2000 and predicts for 2050.
In 2000, 96.4% people's age of Yemen are less than 60, among which about 50% are between 0 to 14 years and others lie between 15 and 59. Only 3.6% people are above 60 in 2010 and will be 5.7% in 2050. Overall the ratio (about 94%) decline slightly of the age group less than 60 but the ratio of under 15 age decline about 13% while the ratio of last age group show increment of exactly 11%.
In Italy, about 3% decrement (14.3% to 11.5%) is shown in the predicted chart of the under 15 age. Similarly, declining pattern can be found in the age group of 15 to 59 from 61.6% to 46.2%. However, there is dramatic increment (24.1% to 42.3%) in the last age group found that is about 18%.
