Try my FULL listening test!

Post by Ryan »

I pulled together this listening test a few weeks ago and have been using it in my in-class lessons. I would love for you to try this test, too. Download the following file and unzip it. Then get yourself a piece a paper, open the PDF and MP3 files and engage this mock test under exam like conditions.

Here's the link:

I would really appreciate any feedback you can offer. Was this mock test helpful? How well did you score?

I scored 25 out of 40 , it seems to be little tougher than the usual pattern of listening in IELTS general

Hi Dance,

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, I tried to design it to be tougher than the actual IELTS. Most of the test takers that have attempted it report the same thing.

Its good to hear that Ryan, I want to score at least 8 in each band in GT , can you please attach more of these type of tests so that we can practice more and more.

How about my score, 25 out of 40 . How is the chance to make that at least 35-40 in real ielts.

What I need to do in order to achieve this goal

Hi Coi,

There shouldn't be a password. Have you tried using a different unzip program?
