I visits your restaurant regularly as you provide wider range of cuisines from Asians to Europeans and Americans. However, today I am writing to complain about the misfortune incident happened during my last visit on 7th January 2017.
It was my promotion party and very special and blissful day. I made a table reservation for 10 persons as I am cognizance of the rush in your café. When we reached there, the table was not ready. Nevertheless, they managed to arrange one for us.
As one of my favourites, I ordered Hyderabadi Biryani along with other side dishes. To our astonishment, we were served with uncooked meat. The entire making was too much salted. Upon inquiry, there was no concrete justification. We had to leave the place uncontended.
We did not aspect such incidences from the reputed eatery like yours and I am also confident that it is against your vision and mission of the company. I want you to penalize the perpetrator for spoiling my occasion. However, the severity is left upto your conscience to judge. I would appreciate to receive a copy of the palpable action taken from your administration pertaining to this matter.
