Overall, it can be seen from the diagram that several process are required for cement production than concrete production. However, heat is required only the cement production.
According to the first diagram, limestone and clay are needed to make good cement. So, these are mixed in first step. Then both are passed through the crusher and made in to fine powder. After this, they are mixed properly in the mixed chamber and goes to the rotating heater unit where heat are applied from outside. After words, mixed are placed in grinder and produced a good cement. At the final stage, cement is packaged in suitable bags.
On the other hand 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand 50% gravel is necessary for producing stunning concrete. Finally, all ingredients are poured in to concrete mixer.
