This is in reference to the first recording, the one about people needing more money as they get older.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about how much we all think we need more money! You took a difficult topic and laid out some good points about it in a coherent way. I like that you used connectors, like, “for instance,” which help the listener to follow your train of thought.
Here are some other thoughts:
--Your vocabulary was good. I liked that you said “properties.” However, you used the word “inherit” incorrectly when you said that people would inherit their properties to their children. You “bequeath” properties to your children, and your children inherit properties from you. Children are the receivers of the action; they inherit. Parents are the doers of giving something to their children; they bequeath something to their children.
--When you were using the example of the small family, you used the present tense some of the time and the past tense at other times. You said “started” a few times. This should all be in the present tense because you’re talking about a hypothetical example situation.
--The new members to their family – OF their family
-- We live in society that puts a lot of value on – A society
--BMB (type of car) – It’s BMW, not BMB.
--Pronunciation – Make sure you say /s/ and not /z/ when you say the word “increase.” The sound is not voiced; you shouldn’t feel any vibration in your throat when you say the sound.

Best wishes as you continue to practice!
