May I ask a few questions regarding to the ALL CAPS solution?
Should I absolutely write everything in ALL CAPS? Take 2 a.m. for example, can I keep the lower case or do I need to write 2 A.M.? What about 30th June, Can I write 30TH JUNE?

You can ask the examiner to explain it to you if you're not sure. Communicating with the examiner about the question will never get you penalized if you are truly fluent.

I guess the word "ramify" is only used in America, isn't it? It's weird because my Oxford, Longman and Collins dictionary doesn't have this word.

Just tried "ALL CAPS" method. Didn't feel used to doing this though.
