To avoid hammering, take natural pauses and dont rush to speak.Be peaceful and talk with full confidence.
Think of the whole sentence, collect words and then speak.
Use cohesive devices.I would suggest you go through ryan "mock speking" on youtube.

Also sound bit more peaceful.I mean a "rush" reply sounds bit confusing.

I would like to emphasize on pronounciation> Try to be careful before you speak each word.
